To align with the cultural life of Rueil-Malmaison, a theater menu is served from 6:30 PM and after 10:30 PM.
Local producers will regularly be highlighted, and we have been very careful to prioritize partners with an eco-friendly approach. Le Père Joseph aims to be a Living Space for the residents of Rueil and the inhabitants of the 92nd district, as well as for our producers and artisans.
Our team will regularly update the menu with the changing seasons and temperatures, while maintaining our focus on reimagined French classics and festive, shareable cuisine.

Our team of bartenders has crafted numerous original recipes to surprise you and cater to your current cravings.
In terms of cocktails, you can discover Le Pear Joseph, a unique combination of bourbon, apple brandy, and pear puree. For the night owls, there’s L’Oiseau de Nuit, our personal take on the iconic Black Russian cocktail, combining quinoa vodka, artisanal coffee liqueur, specialty coffee, and organic vanilla syrup. Or try La Robe Rouge, a cocktail with a deep red hue thanks to the blend of red pepper puree and raspberry that complements concentrated tequila.
