The Cellar of Père Joseph

A wine list shaped by terroir and the work of its winemakers

Our wine cellar brings together a carefully selected range of French wines, along with a few discoveries from further afield, chosen for their terroir, character and the craftsmanship of the winemakers behind them.

Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, the Loire, Bordeaux, Languedoc, Provence… our selection explores France’s major wine regions, from approachable cuvées to some of the most prestigious appellations. Particular attention is given to Burgundy and Beaujolais, as well as wines from the Rhône, Loire, southern France and Bordeaux.

We particularly favour estates that pay close attention to their terroir, biodiversity and natural cycles, with a selection that evolves over time according to vintages, encounters and our latest discoveries.

Whether to accompany lunch, dinner or simply to discover a new wine, several references are also available by the glass: white, red and rosé wines, ranging from fresh and mineral styles to richer, more structured cuvées.

Our cellar also includes a selection of Champagnes and other sparkling wines, along with a few exceptional bottles and older vintages for enthusiasts and special occasions.

As our selection evolves regularly, we have chosen not to publish our entire wine cellar online.

Feel free to ask us for advice when you visit: our team will be happy to guide you according to your tastes, your dish and what you feel like enjoying at the time.

Le Père Joseph offers a carefully selected range of wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhône Valley, the Loire, Languedoc and Provence, as well as Champagnes, wines by the glass and cuvées from carefully chosen winemakers.

The Cellar of Père Joseph

Just like Père Joseph’s cuisine, our cellar aims to be a flagship for our beautiful French vineyards and the men and women who passionately cultivate the vines.

The menu gets straight to the point while offering a true overview of our regions. From Champagne with the artisanal house Frerejean Frères, the official champagne of the Michelin Guide; to Languedoc, with Château des Estanilles and its superb schist soils cultivated organically; passing through the Rhône with Marcel Richaud, a visionary winemaker who produces with the utmost respect for the environment; and even to Bordeaux, with Château Haut-Bailly, one of the most iconic estates of Pessac-Léognan; there is something for every taste and, above all, for every occasion!

Menu updated on 18 September 2026. The menu may be subject to further changes. Please refer to the latest version available at the restaurant.
