Père Joseph’s cuisine is bistronomic French cooking that highlights products from Greater Paris and our regions.
From appetizers to desserts, including our homemade terrines, our cuisine is rustic, a bit cheeky, but above all very convivial! We have focused on the fundamentals of French cooking, respecting the product and especially its production process, from seed to plate, and have favored a traditional cooking method: cooking over embers. Depending on the season, you might enjoy artichoke flower cooked on the Josper grill with shallot sauce, smoked marinière mussels, a Normandy beef sirloin aged with Koji, or even the Père Joseph baba. In short, we aim to offer you a truly great French table to share with your loved ones.
