The CUISINE OF Père Joseph
Père Joseph’s cuisine is a bistronomic French cuisine that highlights products from the Greater Paris area and our regions.
From appetizers to desserts, including our house-made terrines, our cuisine is rustic, a bit cheeky, but above all very convivial! We focus on the fundamentals of French cuisine, respecting the product and especially its production chain, from seed to plate, and we have favored a traditional cooking method, the use of the grill. Depending on the seasons, you can enjoy a flower of artichoke cooked in a Josper oven with shallot sauce, smoked bouchot mussels, a Normand beef sirloin matured with Koji, or even THE Baba au Rhum of Père Joseph. In short, we aim to offer you a genuine French table to share with your loved ones.
