Just like Père Joseph’s cuisine, our cellar aims to be a flagship for our beautiful French vineyards and the men and women who passionately cultivate the vines.

The menu gets straight to the point while offering a true overview of our regions. From Champagne with the artisanal house Frerejean Frères, the official champagne of the Michelin Guide; to Languedoc, with Château des Estanilles and its superb schist soils cultivated organically; passing through the Rhône with Marcel Richaud, a visionary winemaker who produces with the utmost respect for the environment; and even to Bordeaux, with Château Haut-Bailly, one of the most iconic estates of Pessac-Léognan; there is something for every taste and, above all, for every occasion!
